This outlet shopping mall is the first and only outlet mall in Penang and probably the biggest outlet mall in Malaysia. The mall is located in Batu Kawan, on the mainland, less than 5 minutes from the North-South Expressway and from Penang easily reached via the 2nd Bridge.
